About mooon BREAD

Jordan Davis explaining sourdough during a workshop in his kitchen

Hi, I’m Jordan. In 2018 I made Dez, my own sourdough starter. After those first bakes, people were asking for the recipe, asking where my bakery was, and asking to buy bread. I told them it was three simple ingredients—and that I could show them the process.

That became mooon BREAD. I began teaching workshops out of my home, and I keep sharing, learning, and exploring what naturally leavened bread can be.

I believe every home deserves the ability to bake naturally leavened bread. I’m on a quest to teach 9,999 people how.
